Hi there! My name is Chloë Stoppler and I was born and raised here in Central Florida. I am a proud baker, small business owner, wife, and most recently a mom!

My first cookies were made in 2019 for only family members and close friends. After making some desserts for a birthday party, I soon had friends of friends calling to place orders! For almost a year while I was in nursing school, my small business grew and grew until one day I decided that this was definitely what I loved and was meant to do.

In the Summer of 2021, Oakland Bake Company began full time. I am so incredibly lucky to live this dream and share all of my sweet creations with you!
