Hi there! My name is Chloë Stoppler and I was born and raised here in Central Florida. I am a proud baker, small business owner, wife, and mom of two sweet boys!

My first cookies were made in 2019 for only family members and close friends. After making some desserts for a birthday party, I soon had friends of friends calling to place orders! For almost a year while I was in nursing school, my small business grew and grew until one day I decided that this was definitely what I loved and was meant to do.

In the Summer of 2021, Oakland Bake Company began full time. I am so incredibly lucky to live this dream and share all of my sweet creations with you!
